- Qualification: M.Sc CS / MCA / B.E. / B.Tech (CS/IT) with minimum 55% marks.
- Mandatory: Must be HTET/STET Level-III Qualified.
- Age Limit: 18 to 42 Years (As on 09.03.2026).
- Language: Hindi/Sanskrit as a subject in Matric or Higher Education.
- Relaxation: SC/ST/BC/Women categories get age relaxation as per Haryana Govt rules.

4. Interview: Viva-voce (12.5% weightage) for final personality assessment.
5. Merit List: Based on Subject Knowledge Test and Interview scores.
6. Salary: Level-8 Pay Matrix (₹47,600 - ₹1,51,100) plus allowances.
